The brains, the heart and the soul behind Conscious Early Learning
I’m Sarah Findlay, a former early childhood teacher turned holistic life coach and conscious parenting expert. After burning out in my career, I turned to healing modalities - mindfulness, meditation, EFT tapping, and energy work - that became my lifelines.
I have two children that are one and three years old and the reason I went DEEP into learning anything and everything there is to know and embody about conscious parenting.
Now, I’m on a mission to share what I wish I’d known earlier: you don’t have to do this alone.
