I’m a degree-qualified Early Childhood Teacher, trauma-responsive facilitator, and certified life, mindfulness, and meditation coach. After facing burnout, adrenal fatigue and addiction ending my career in ECE, I went on a deep healing journey to turn this all around.
When I became a parent I wanted to do anything and everything to be the best mother possible... And ended up putting my own needs on the back burner.
