Eight years ago I burned out so badly I lost my teacher registration. Not because I didn’t care.
Because I didn’t know how to regulate.
Years later, I was holding my newborn trying to get my almost-two-year-old to sleep.
He wasn’t listening. I was exhausted. I kept yelling.
He slapped my face.
And that was the moment I realised:
If I can’t regulate as an early childhood teacher…
What am I modelling at home?
I was about to open an eco play library filled with beautiful natural resources.
And I had to face something uncomfortable:
If I can’t regulate myself, what’s the point of nice eco learning toys?
Conscious environments mean nothing
if the nervous system inside them is dysregulated.
So I stopped trying to build better spaces.
And started building safety in my body instead.

Energy is contagious, and your nervous system knows it. This session we look honestly at your relationships and assess who in your life is contributing to your regulation, and who is quietly pulling you out of it.

Your external world is a direct reflection of your internal state. This session we clear what is no longer serving you, in your home, your workspace, your routines, and create an environment that supports your calm rather than stealing it.

Your thoughts are not facts, but your nervous system responds to them as if they are. This session we surface the limiting beliefs keeping you stuck in survival mode and begin to rewire them into something that actually serves you.
