You love the children in your world.
But lately it feels like:
You start the day with the best intentions, then one meltdown, one argument, one noise too many and you snap.
You are repeating yourself 50 times about shoes, sharing, pack up time, toileting or transitions and feel your patience disappearing.
By the witching hour or end of the centre day, your body is buzzing, your chest is tight and you feel overstimulated and touched out.
You lie in bed replaying the moments you yelled, bribed or shut down and promise yourself tomorrow will be different.
You know there has to be another way.
Not a perfect, always Zen way - but a grounded, regulated way that feels sustainable.

Most of us were never shown:
How to care for our nervous system while caring for little nervous systems all day.
How self care is actually an energetic foundation, not a bubble bath or once-a-year girls night.
How our own triggers, childhood patterns and stress response show up in the way we speak to children.
So you do your best with what you have.
You power through, you people please, you collapse on the couch at the end of the day and then feel guilty for not being more present.
Return to Calm is here to change that.
Free Masterclass for Parents & ECE Teachers
A nourishing, practical session where you will:
Understand how your nervous system and a child's nervous system dance together, and why your calm becomes their calm.
Experience a restorative calm anchor meditation that you can come back to any time you feel triggered, overwhelmed or overstimulated.
Learn simple, doable self care shifts you can weave into real life at home or in your centre, without needing two hours alone on a yoga mat.
Leave with a clear next step for staying grounded on the hard days instead of waiting for a holiday to feel regulated again.

You could feel your irritation rising, pause, take one breath and come back to centre instead of snapping.
You had a simple calm anchor practice you could use in the bathroom, in the staffroom or in the car before pick up.
You ended the day feeling like you had given from overflow, not from an empty nervous system.
The children in your care started to soften, settle and co regulate with you because your energy felt safe and steady.
This is what becomes possible when you are anchored in calm.
The real reason you feel overwhelmed
A simple look at how constant noise, big emotions and busy schedules impact your nervous system - and why it is not a willpower problem.
The 7 pillars of self care
A guide to the 7 areas of your life so you can see where your energy is leaking and what small shifts will actually refill your cup.
Restorative calm anchor practice
A guided meditation to drop back into your body, connect with your breath and install a calm anchor you can return to in hard moments.
Bringing it into real life
Practical ideas for weaving these tools into everyday family life and ECE routines, including what to do after you have reacted in a way you are not proud of.
This is for you if:
You are a parent, caregiver or ECE teacher who feels overstimulated or on edge more often than you would like.
You find yourself snapping, shutting down or people pleasing, then feeling guilty.
You want self care that actually supports your nervous system, not just quick fixes.
You care about conscious parenting or teaching and want practical, grounded tools.
This is not a behaviour management system or a discipline workshop - it is about nervous system safety, self care and grounding.

Kia Ora, I am Sarah Findlay, founder of Conscious Early Learning.
I am a former ECE teacher and a mum who has walked through burnout, overwhelm and mum guilt, and found my way back using nervous system work, self care that actually fits real life, and a blend of te ao Māori creation stories and chakra wisdom.
Now I support parents and kaiako to become calm, conscious anchors for the children in their care - without needing to be perfect.
You will leave with:
Insight into your own self care patterns.
A calm anchor practice you can use straight away.
Clear next steps for staying grounded with kids.
Within the class I will also share an invitation into Calm at the Core, my deeper self care reset for parents who want more support. There is no pressure to join.
It’s time to stop surviving your days and start enjoying them again.
Because when you return to calm, your children feel it too.
